AURELIA GLASS – SHIPPING POLICY

1. Delivery Overview

Aurelia Glass operates as an online-only store and delivers nationwide across South Africa using Aramex Store-to-Door.

Estimated delivery time:
8–11 business days from dispatch.


2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number


3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery takes approximately 8–11 business days after dispatch

  • Timeframes are estimates, not guarantees

Delivery may vary depending on:

  • Location (major city vs outlying area)

  • Courier operations

  • External factors beyond our control


4. Courier & Delivery

All deliveries are handled by Aramex.

Customers must ensure:

  • Accurate delivery details are provided

  • Someone is available to receive the parcel

If a delivery attempt fails:

  • The courier may reattempt delivery or return the parcel

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery


5. Delays (Important)

While we work to meet all estimated delivery times:

Aurelia Glass is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Strikes or service disruptions

  • Incorrect address details

  • High order volumes

However, we will always assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues.


6. Risk & Ownership

  • Risk transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure safe receipt of the parcel

If your parcel arrives:

  • Damaged → report within 48 hours

  • Missing → report within 48 hours


7. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout (if applicable)

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless required by law


8. Incorrect Address

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • Aurelia Glass is not responsible for failed delivery

  • Additional shipping fees may be charged for resending


9. Tracking Orders

Once your order has been dispatched:

  • You will receive a tracking link

  • It is your responsibility to monitor delivery progress
